Question 1

What exactly is Lullu?

Accepted Answer

Lullu is an AI companion with a face. Pick a ready character or design your own, then talk to them face to face: they answer out loud with a real voice, lip-sync and expression.

Question 2

How do I make my avatar?

Accepted Answer

In the builder. Pick who they are, then their look, age, hair, eyes, body, outfit and vibe, one click each. Save your account, see the price, and they are made in their room in about eight minutes. It starts at lullu.com/make. Or skip the wait: pick a ready character, free.

Question 3

Which AI is behind my avatar?

Accepted Answer

A fast conversational AI model that Lullu picks for talking out loud, so replies come back in about a second. Lullu gives that intelligence a face, a voice, a memory of you and a personality.

Question 4

Is it the same as ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a conversation, not a text box: a face, a voice, emotion, a memory of what you've told them, and a real back-and-forth. You can still type whenever you like.

Question 5

Can I bring what my ChatGPT already knows?

Accepted Answer

That's next: upload the documents and notes you've shared with ChatGPT and your avatar will know them too. Same knowledge, now with a face.

Question 6

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A new account starts with 250 coins. Ready characters are free to pick. Designing your own is free once in your first 30 days (with a confirmed email); after that each new character, or each change that makes them again, is 500 coins ($5). Calls are paid by the minute in coins, and typing is free up to a daily limit. Coins come in packs, bought once. No subscription, no monthly fee. See the prices.

Question 7

Ready characters or your own?

Accepted Answer

Both. A ready character is already made, so picking one is instant and costs nothing: they are yours, in their room, with their own memory of you. Your own is designed in the builder and made for you in about eight minutes: free once in your first 30 days with a confirmed email, then 500 coins. The price is always shown before anything starts, and if a build doesn't finish, every coin comes back.

Question 8

Do I need to download anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Lullu runs in your browser on desktop or mobile. Nothing to install.

Question 9

Can I customize my avatar?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Who they are, their look, age, hair, eyes, body, outfit and vibe are one click each in the builder, then you write how they talk to you and what they say first. You can keep up to 12 characters on one account.

Question 10

How fast does Lullu respond?

Accepted Answer

About a second from the moment you finish speaking. It feels like a natural conversation, not a loading screen.

Question 11

Is Lullu a real person?

Accepted Answer

No. Lullu is 100% AI, and we're proud of that. Every avatar is generated and animated in real time.

Question 12

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Your conversations and anything you upload stay private to your account. We don't sell your conversations, and we never use them for advertising. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
